Newlin, Texas - Cotton Field House
It always amazes us that abandoned houses like this one stay standing while people actively farm the land around it! This place clearly still has value with the cotton grown in the fields. So the question that continues to linger in our minds is why don’t they tear down the house especially when the land could be cultivated? Perhaps it is because of sentimental value or maybe it is too expensive to tear down. Why do you think the owner of this land keeps this abandoned house still standing? Leave a comment…we would love to hear what you think!
