Alamogordo, New Mexico - Desert Pink Trailer

When we first visited Alamogordo, New Mexico earlier this year, we found a crumbling pink house. This time in the same area, we found this old pink trailer that would make any vintage lover swoon…making us believe they sure like their pink places here in the desert! Now it is no secret that we are drawn to the color pink especially when it’s related to an abandoned place. Case in point, we photographed this pink house with a toilet in front of it, this place with a bright pink wall, this tiny building with a pink door, and this two story pink house amongst the smoky environment of Alberta. We just think there’s just something so odd about a feminine color coupled with decay. I think we’re starting to realize pink is our favorite abandoned color!
