Clarendon, Texas - Gutted and Smashed House

We hate to say it, but the first thing we thought of when we saw this house is that it is a total mess…a uniquely beautiful sort of mess! Its gutted and smashed condition along with the dead trees that are lingering perhaps even within the structure is just an ever growing state of decay. Although we normally wonder why someone doesn’t renovate an abandoned building, we are actually wondering why someone holds onto this place that looks like it probably should be taken out of its misery!
