Goldfield, Nevada - Subway Station To Nowhere

This desert town of only about 268 people in rural Nevada is quite interesting…it is actually a semi-ghost town, and you can definitely tell! Lots of historical buildings that may or may not have been abandoned and objects that look left behind like this pair of subway station canopies found near the fire station. Not sure why it’s there or how it got there…but that’s what makes these so special! What do you think of these subway station canopies? Where do you think they originated from? Leave a comment…we would love to hear what you think!
